By downloading, installing, or using Title ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Title is provided by Reno Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use Title. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Title is a daily book puzzle game. Each day, players receive six progressive clues and try to guess the book. Streaks, lifetime stats, and aggregate stats are computed on our servers using an anonymous device identifier. Title is available as a free app with optional premium features available through a paid subscription (Title Pro).
Subscription plans. Title offers optional Title Pro subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscription details, pricing, and plan options are displayed within the App before purchase.
Billing. All subscriptions are processed and billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, or by visiting apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Refunds. All purchases are made through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree to use Title only for its intended purpose as a personal book puzzle game. You agree not to:
Title, including its design, code, graphics, clues, puzzle selection, and share artwork, is owned by Reno Labs, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your gameplay data — guesses, streaks, and stats — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of the content you create within the App.
Book titles, author names, and short opening excerpts displayed in Title's clues are sourced from public-domain works or used under fair-use principles for the purpose of literary identification puzzles.
Title is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Streaks, stats, and puzzle availability depend on our servers, which may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reno Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, lost streaks, unrecoverable game history, or missed daily puzzles caused by server unavailability, network issues, or device problems.
You may stop using Title at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
If you have an active subscription, cancellation of the subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
